Most in-stock Auckland orders ship within 1–2 working days on our fleet. Nationwide delivery uses Mainfreight with live tracking. Pickup from Westgate is available by appointment once your order is ready.
Warranty & returns
Every Proferlo piece is backed by our manufacturer warranty against faults in materials and workmanship. Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition — reach out and we’ll arrange pickup.
Pre-order & back-order
Popular lines move quickly. When you order a back-ordered piece, we reserve it against the next container and email you weekly with the shipping window.
Assembly & aftercare
Most Proferlo furniture flat-packs for easy handling. Instructions are included, and our team can arrange assembly in the Auckland region.
